May Newsletter
Hi Everyone,
April was a busy month and the first of May came and went
before I knew it. Then I was busy with the day job and getting ready for the
vacation that I just got back from. Within that time I had two releases come
out, Vengeance:
Devil’s Tavern 2 with Purple Sword Publications and Impassioned
Waters: Storm Riders 3 with Sugar and Spice Press.
Of course I’ve been working on other books, but it has been
slow going with my muses and I’ve hit a little bit of brain fry. At least it’s
not writer’s block because I’ve been flooded with ideas and started writing two
of them at least. I’ve begun the third book in my Fur World and crossing it with
A Cat For All so the
characters will interact with one another. It will be a m/f/m menage as the
others are. Not sure where it’s going yet, but it will get there.
The other idea is a little bit of a secret but I will say it
involves a shape shifting alien. I’m not really into sci-fi so this project
will be a little bit different for me. I hope to have to done by the end of the
summer. We’ll see how it goes. The Dragon and His Houseboy 2 is almost done. I
should be editing it next week.
If you’re going to be in Charlotte, NC June 1st-
June 3rd come and see me at ConCarolina as I’ll be a panelist and
I’ll be at FandomFest June 28-July 1st in Louisville, KY. So come
out and say hello.

Wes and Samuel are partners in all things. For the past two centuries, they have ridden earthquakes as Storm Riders. These cowboys run a dude ranch and can’t think of a more perfect life until Adina appears to them.
Adina, looking for acceptance, has come to the Riders hoping for an open position among them. Trouble follows her, no matter how much she tries to hide.
Not able to deny their growing attraction to one another, each cowboy must face the passion between all three of them. When someone tries to kill Adina, they swear vengeance and go in search of her shooter, only to find that heaven has other plans for these three lovers.
Excerpt:
Wes felt a pang of heartache. “Well it sounds like
you chose the right thing to do. Again, I’m sorry for bringing this on you.”
“Daniel saw all of my memories. I don’t know if him
seeing how I said no to my mother was the thing that got him to let me live. At
least until the other angels find out. Then I guess I’ll face them too.”
“Maybe he won’t tell them. You’ll be safe as long
as we keep watch over you.” Samuel knelt before Adina. He took her hands in his
and gazed up at her, completely enamored with her.
A pang of jealously went through Wes seeing his
lover ogle Adina. “Ahh will you excuse us for a minute?” Wes got up and tugged
on Samuel’s shirt. He pulled him out of the room and a little down the hallway,
but still where he could see Adina. Samuel glanced toward her and made to go
back into her room when Wes squeezed his arm.
“What has gotten into you?” He lowered his voice so
she wouldn’t hear them.
Samuel’s expression softened. “Nothing. Why?”
Samuel’s expression softened. “Nothing. Why?”
“Just a few minutes ago you were telling me to let
Daniel have her. Then you were fighting to save her from him. Now you’re
kneeling in front of her and slobbering over her like you’re her bitch. Have
you lost your mind?”
“Of course not. I just think we should make sure
that she’s comfortable and she doesn’t want for anything. You said that you
didn’t want to see her hurt. We are the ones responsible for this.” Samuel slid
his hand along Wes’s stomach and down to his crotch.
He cupped his stirring cock and conformed his body
to his. “We have to keep her safe, love. I just want to see that happen.” He
pressed his lips to Wes’s and tugged on his bottom lip, taking it between his
teeth before plunging his tongue deep into Wes’s mouth.
Wes moaned from the sudden gesture. He pushed
harder into his lover, feeling the solid muscles underneath him. Samuel
continued to kiss him, touching his tongue, fondling it. Wes slid his fingers
through his partner’s hair enjoying the silky texture of the strands. He always
loved Samuel’s hair and how good it felt. Short or long, it didn’t matter it
was always soft. He still tasted the beer on Samuel’s breath, but with each
lingering kiss, his cock got harder. It was all he could do to pull away from
him and focus back on Adina. He knew Samuel was right. They had to keep her
save. After all, it was his fault she was exposed. Wes cupped Samuel’s face and
ran the pad of his thumb over his lips. Samuel tried to bite it playfully.
“Why do I put up with you?” Wes chuckled.
“Because you love to fuck me with that eight-inch
dick of yours.” Samuel squeezed his shaft.
Wes moaned. “Don’t get frisky now. We have to
figure out what to do with our guest. And we have to get the glass cleaned up
and get her another room while the windows are being replaced. And—”
Samuel placed a finger on his lips. “Why don’t we
bring her back to the cabin? We have a spare room. That way we can keep a
better eye on her in case the angel comes back and says we’re not doing a good
enough job.”
He sighed. Having Adina that close to them wasn’t
something he looked forward to. He didn’t appreciate the idea of her being in
the next bedroom where she could hear their intimate moments or even them
snoring. And Samuel had a tendency to cut a lot of logs while they slept.
Sometimes he was so noisy, Wes ended up in the guest bedroom.
Now he would have to sleep on the couch.
“I don’t know, Samuel. Having her there might not
be such a good idea.”
Samuel slid his fingers down Wes’s shirt and began
fiddling with one of the buttons on his fly. “Are you afraid that I’m going to
sneak in there while you’re fast asleep and try to make love to her? She is an
attractive woman.”
“When did you start having a thing for women?”
His partner shrugged. “I’m not saying I want to
fuck her. I’m only saying she’s good-looking. Don’t you think so?”
Wes stepped back from Samuel not believing his
ears. He’s gone wacky. This has to be her doing. The man he cared about would
never comment on a woman. Normally, Wes filled his ears about how big a guy’s
dick was or the latest porn he had been looking at on the Internet. Never about
women unless he thought she was a guy in a past incarnation. He wanted to say
something, but it was clear Samuel was not in control of his faculties. Instead
he walked back into the room. Adina was by the windows staring out at the horses,
which were running in the enclosure.
“They’re so beautiful.”
“Yeah, they are. Now undo whatever spell you’ve put
on my partner.”
Adina turned her eyes were puffy from the crying
she had done before. “I’m not sure I know what you mean. I didn’t do anything
to Samuel.”
“Of course you have. You’ve taken my macho,
headstrong boyfriend, and turned him into a besotted fool.”
